Our Business Philosophy
Our goal is to be your "Partner in Business" and not just another vendor hired on a project-to-project basis. In order to achieve that goal, we must first earn your trust with great creative, reasonable prices, timely delivery, and most importantly, great customer service. But we understand that not every relationship is built overnight or on just one project. A sound relationship is built through continued support and maintenance. We believe in giving each client the same great service regardless of whether they are our newest client or our oldest client, our biggest or smallest. We do this because that's the way we would want to be treated.
If you are looking for a bunch of "yes men" you've come to the wrong place. We tell you what we think will work based on our years of collective knowledge and experience in a wide range of fields. Many clients mistakenly believe marketing and advertising are limited to their printed brochures and business cards, when in fact it extends well beyond that into other programs like Public Relations Campaigns, Internet Promotions, Direct Mail and even internal systems like Product Support and Franchise Expansions. That's why it is critical that we be in at the ground floor (or somewhere close) on every project so we can help identify potential problems before they create losses for your company. An open dialog on budgets is also a key part of making marketing recommendations, not just to get into your pocket, but so we truly know how far we can stretch your marketing dollars and what programs are feasible before wasting time making pointless proposals.
Here's how we approach every new project. First we listen to what it is you expect from us and what you think is important or unique to your product or service. We then put our heads together to come up with fresh design and original creative that suits your particular product and the market you are in. We show you comps, then develop any necessary copy, and make revisions. We then present a second round of tight comps (often already built in high resolution) incorporating your revisions. Upon approval, we then shoot or purchase photography, build the final artwork, and then present the final comps. Any minor revisions are made, then preparations are made to take the job to press, post it to the web, etc.
